Another thing is the CTA (Call to Action) . Although the idea was to create an illusion of reading in first person, I was the one offering something. That's why the CTA phrase "Build my buyer persona" was too vague and random.
Here is the new version of the copy:
Did I reinvent the wheel here? Absolutely not, I simply reached out to the audience.
I explained what a buyer persona is, shared some relevant benefits of having a well-built one, and positioned myself as the authoritative reference, available to help them through the creation process. We were ready to get started!
User experience

Generic design
If you scroll down to the part of the first page where I showed the full experience, you'll see that there wasn't much related to the buyer persona in terms of design. It was two people looking at a laptop, some icons around and... yeah, that was it.
Now, we have a moving design image of a cell phone being touched by a hand. And with each click, the character displayed on the smartphone screen changes. That allusion brings the idea that with just one click, the user can build several buyer personas that fit their business segment.
Distractors
When we create something really good, it's natural to want to add as much value to it as possible. But before you hit the "publish" button, stop for a second and think: am I delivering a simple, frictionless journey here?
