Simply drag, drop and rearrange the fields you want to add by using your mouse to drag them from the left column to the request form on the right. Easy as pie.
Not sure what those options would be useful for? Don't worry. Here are some suggestions to make your life easier:
Multiple Choice: This is a great option to allow candidates switzerland email list to choose which position they are applying for, if you have more than one position to fill.
One-line text: Need to know a candidate’s preferred start date? Or if they’ve been recommended by someone? A one-line text option is perfect for this, as it allows candidates to give the necessary details without being too wordy.

File Upload: Perfect for when a candidate needs to attach a resume or a cute photo of their cat.

Add additional instructions, if necessary.

Step 3: Activate conditional logic
Nobody likes long application forms. To keep your forms from getting too long, while still collecting all the information you need, you'll need to enable conditional logic.
With conditional logic, more form options only appear if the candidate has chosen an answer that requires additional information. If their answer doesn't require this information, the corresponding field won't appear, keeping things neat and tidy.
For example, if you want to know if a candidate was recommended by one of your current employees, if they answer yes, an additional option will appear for them to say who recommended them. If they answer “no,” they will simply move on to the next question. Pretty clever, right?
To set it up, drag a multiple choice field onto your job application form and place it where you want it to appear. Click on it to edit it.
