Today I'm sharing with you some formulas for writing content again. I still see that most entrepreneurs spend hours and hours writing content and posts for the web.
The goal is to make writing posts not take up a lot of your time, but it is still important that your posts are interesting in content , attract followers, and encourage sales.
Before you do anything else, answer two basic questions:
Who are you?
Who do you want to write content for?
It all starts with understanding the people you are writing for.
You need to find out what your audience wants to read, and you can do this by checking what content they have responded well to in the past. If you are a beginner and do not have your own content yet, you can check it with your competitors or on foreign websites with a similar service or product to yours.
What you need to do:
First, look at the list of the most popular posts on your website (blog). If there are more than 10, go through them all and make a list of the top ten (based on comments, shares, or whatever).
Once you have a list of your top ten most popular posts, look for connections between the posts. Look for topics that these posts have in common. You’ll find that more than half of these posts are about the same 1-3 topics. These are the topics that your audience loves the most – pick one and write about it!
Use a catchy title
Use proven formulas for titles. I have already written about how important the title of a post is in the article TECHNIQUES FOR WRITING STRONG TITLE BOOKS.
When creating a title, focus on three questions:
- Is the title based on a question rather than an answer?
- Is the title based on the problem rather than the solution?
- Does the title arouse curiosity?

Once you have a catchy headline, it's time to write the introduction and hook the reader!
After a good title, the introduction to the article follows. The introduction should accounting email list contain 4-6 sentences. In the introduction, describe the symptoms of the problem you are going to solve. Here, you are not writing about the actual problem or topic of the article, but rather, you are simply describing in detail the reader's current frustrating experience.
At the very end, hint that you have a solution, with words like "It doesn't have to be that way . . . " or "Here's a way you can fix it" or "Why don't some people have this problem?"
4 parts of great core content for a record
Once you have a great introduction, you need to write the main content of your article. You don't need to invent anything new for your content either - most successful content follows the same pattern of presenting information:
PROBLEM - explain the problem that is causing the symptoms described in the introductory part.
ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM - A few more details on why this problem keeps recurring.
SOLUTION - your brilliant insight into how the problem can be solved.
HOW TO IMPLEMENT THE SOLUTION - how the reader can turn ideas into actions and what they need to do next so you can teach them how to do it.
It looks very simple, right?
Actually, it is.
That's the beauty of it - writing good content for the web doesn't have to be complicated or frustrating, as long as you take your time, get organized, and follow a process. Then writing is almost like a play on words...
All you have to do is find a system that works for you and that you can successfully use for your writing. If you have and follow a system, then you will no longer waste time thinking about how to start and what to do first, but will instead devote your time and energy to writing.
It's important to use a systematic approach to writing content that works well, quickly, and time and time again - for you.
As for ideas for social media, I've shared them with you in my online course Social Media Creativity. The course is available at a special price in October .
