Many businesses have migrated communication with their customers from a landline to a WhatsApp contact. This is why the application made the decision to launch WhatsApp Business, thus facilitating communication between businesses and their customers.
More than 80% of small businesses in Brazil and India use WhatsApp to communicate with their customers and grow their business, according to research by Morning Consult .
So WhatsApp has decided to officially launch WhatsApp Business (for now only for Android) in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the United Kingdom and the United States . It won’t be long before the app is launched worldwide.
To be clear, the app is not targeted at individuals, but at small businesses, as these are the ones that have been most successful, according to surveys, in using the app to communicate with their customers.
WhatsApp Business allows businesses to establish official communication channels with their customers.
Additionally, having a WhatsApp business account is synonymous with security, as it eliminates all opportunities for criminals to fraudulently pose as companies in order to scam users.
Businesses can now create WhatsApp Business profiles that include details such as a description of their business, email, official website, and contact details.
Once businesses have a verified profile, they will have access to a number of pharmacies email list tools including quick answers to the most frequently asked questions they receive.
They will also be able to create personalized welcome messages, etc.
WhatsApp Business will also include analytics so businesses can monitor customer satisfaction.
But before it's released to the world, we think we can learn from this new app right now.

As we mentioned in the introduction, WhatsApp has launched a separate app from the one we're used to, designed for small businesses to use to connect more easily with customers.
For those who use both a business and personal number, both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger apps can be used on the same device and registered with different numbers.
WhatsApp Business is also compatible with WhatsApp Web, which is ideal for those who use the app from their computers or laptops.
Business accounts will be clearly displayed as such.
WhatsApp says that over time, businesses that have confirmed the phone number on their account matches their business number will receive a confirmation badge on their profile.
